  • Joe Juratovac

    TegoSens - Project & Regulatory Manager

    Joe is a seasoned innovation builder and facilitator that has served in many capacities in the Columbus innovation and startup community. Having evolved from industrial designer to project management in product development at Battelle, Joe had a hand in designing everything from surgical tools to chain saws! Built a team to develop and scale technology for a Marysville based startup, and most recently worked for a Central Ohio-based seed-stage investment fund, scouting, guiding and investing in promising new technologies in a number of industries. Joe applies his user and market focused viewpoint, taming technology to solve real problems, to nurture and grow new businesses.

  • Amy Jackson

    Director of Human Resources

    Amy is the Director of Human Resources for Ikove Venture Partners. Amy graduated from the College of Mount Saint Vincent with a BA in Psychology. Prior to joining Ikove, Amy was Director of Operations and Due Diligence Manager at a Foreclosure law firm in Maryland. Amy spent 4 years working for law firms in the default industry during which time she gained experience in legal compliance, operational oversight and improvement, process development and implementation, and office management.

  • William Holmes

    Chief Financial Officer

    Bill is the CFO at Ikove Venture Partners and is also a multi-unit franchisee and fitness trainer with The Exercise Coach in the Cleveland/Akron, Ohio area. Bill began his professional career with 15 years in financial services with several firms including public accounting, investment banking, and turnaround consulting. He has had a passion for startups and entrepreneurial businesses throughout his career. Over the last 20 years, Bill has held executive roles with privately-held manufacturing companies in automation, lead acid batteries, food processing, and industrial products.

    Bill is an active CPA in Ohio and earned his BBA in Accounting from Cleveland State University. He is a member of the Cleveland Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI) and has served on the boards of several companies and nonprofit organizations throughout his career.

  • Angela Selimi

    Accountant

    Angela Selimi is an accountant for the Ikove Startup Nursery. She graduated magna cum laude in Accounting and Business Administration from Franklin University.

    She has experience in accounting management positions with small businesses in different industries; including manufacturing, restaurant and retail trades, and construction. In each, she has helped to improve operations by developing systems and processes that enhance reporting.

  • Beth Filippi

    Graphic Designer

    Beth Filippi is a graphic designer at Ikove Capital. Beth believes that design is a problem solving tool and makes a company more valuable. She’s committed to staying current with design trends and constantly challenges herself to learn more.

    She graduated from the Columbus College of Art and Design with a degree in Illustration and a minor in Advertising Design.

    Nathan is Full Stack Embedded Engineer with over a decade of deep experience. He has developed and taken to market a wide variety of wireless platforms incorporating state-of-the-art low-power sensing and edge computing, These platforms covered a variety of application domains including health wearables, defense, wildlife management, and environmental monitoring.

  • John Fende

    TegoSens - RF Engineer

    John has decades of experience in designing RF sub-systems for military, space, and consumer applications. He brings progressively deep experience from hand calculators to the EM simulation and system modeling tools. Turning ideas virtually into new products before even touching a piece of hardware in the lab. John enjoys making the most of modeling and simulation to drive a prototype that works the first time. His numerous accomplishments include radar detector patents, a DARPA award for analysis of an antenna multi-coupler, and building a test set to measure IM distortion in RF connectors.

    In his free time, he enjoys taking long rides on his recumbent bicycle on the many Cincinnati area bike trails.
