The underlying technology of TegoSens was built over 5 years by Dr. Abraham MD, and Dr. Ertin Ph.D. Dr. Abraham is a global key opinion leader in the Heart Failure space, with an MD from Harvard Medical School and one of the top 1% most cited researchers in his field, authoring more than 1000 papers, abstracts, and articles. He has been an advisor to numerous leading pharma and medical device companies, and instrumental in several of venture-backed start-ups in the heart failure space.

His co-inventor, Dr. Ertin, is an associate professor at Ohio State University and is recognized as a leading sensor and digital processing technologist.

Abe Joseph, CEO, has significant experience heading business, and product development/management for numerous organizations. He was most recently the head of accreditation for the American College of Cardiology (ACC).

    Received “Accelerator Award” from The Ohio State University Keenan Center for Entrepreneurship for HFGuard: Noninvasive Sensing of Thoracic Fluid Levels for the Management of Congestive Heart Failure Patients.

    Received National Science Foundation grant for studying sensors and machine learning to assess hospitalization risks for congestive heart failure patients, combining patient data from various sources.
